1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays, sales), processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
2. Printing & Fulfillment
All books are printed on demand through Lulu, a trusted third-party professional printing service.
Once you place an order, it is automatically forwarded to Lulu for printing and fulfillment.
This process ensures each book is made fresh and reduces inventory waste.
You may receive email updates or tracking information directly from Lulu as part of the fulfillment process.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States
- Mail: 12–13 business days
- Ground Home: 10–11 business days
- Priority Mail: 10–11 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 7–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 6–7 business days
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and chosen method.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use it to monitor the delivery status of your package.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship to the U.S. and select international countries.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted zones currently.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local governments.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Include your order number and any relevant photos for quicker resolution.
- We’ll work with Lulu and/or the shipping carrier to resolve the issue—either through a replacement or refund.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you realize there’s an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
